14-day money-back

All Pro plans (Monthly, Annual, Founder) include a 14-day money-back guarantee from first payment. If you are not satisfied, write within 14 days and we refund fully, no questions asked.

How to request

Email support@miradoes.com with subject "Refund" and your account email. We process within 5 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method (3-10 banking days).

After 14 days

Pro Monthly / Annual: we do not refund partial periods already consumed. Cancel renewal anytime from /account.

Founder: after 14 days the purchase is final. No further refunds (the trade-off is the one-time discounted price and lifetime access to all Pro skills).

Exceptions

No refunds in case of abuse, fraud, or terms violation. We do not refund non-recoverable Stripe fees (rare; we notify in writing).
