Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Miradoes is a product of MIRIAM RADU SRL, a company registered in Romania, VAT RO43559627, Trade Reg. J38/50/14.01.2021, with seat in Ramnicu Valcea, Valcea county.

2. What we offer

We provide Bifrost, a WordPress plugin that connects an AI client chosen by the User (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, other MCP clients) to WordPress and WooCommerce via the Model Context Protocol, plus a set of Pro skills available from your Miradoes account.

3. Account and access

To use the Pro plan you must create an account on miradoes.com with a valid email and a secure password. You are solely responsible for credential and session security. 2FA is recommended where available.

4. Plans and billing

Pro Monthly (EUR 7/month) and Pro Annual (EUR 60/year) are processed via Stripe. VAT included for EU buyers. Payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe.

5. Cancellation

Cancel from /account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Founder is non-cancellable (final purchase); the 14-day refund policy applies (see /legal/refund).

6. Technical limits

Pro Monthly / Annual: 3 active sites concurrently. Connecting over the limit fails. Deactivate sites from /account → Sites.

7. User conduct

You may not use Miradoes for: spam, illegal content, reverse engineering of our plugins, attacks against our or others infrastructure. Detected abuse may result in account suspension without notice.

8. Availability

We make reasonable effort to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. Remedies are limited per Section 9.

9. Limitation of Liability — AI Actions

Bifrost is a technical bridge between an AI client chosen by you (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, other MCP clients) and your WordPress installation. MIRIAM RADU SRL does not control the AI's decisions, is not the AI provider, and is not liable for data loss, downtime, incorrect content, missed sales, accidental deletions, unwanted modifications, or any other damages resulting from the AI ↔ your site interaction.

By using the Service you acknowledge:

• (a) AI is non-deterministic. It may misinterpret instructions, hallucinate, or execute actions you did not explicitly request.
• (b) Backups are your sole responsibility. Miradoes does not keep backups of your site.
• (c) Bifrost's auto-rollback recovers broken PHP files via syntax validation, but does not restore database records, deleted content, modified products, or other non-code changes.
• (d) You must periodically review AI actions (via Activity Log) and terminate the MCP connection in case of unwanted behavior.
• (e) For major changes (migrations, structural modifications, bulk updates), test on a staging environment first.
• (f) Bifrost includes safety tools (read-only mode, plan gating, host validation, abuse kill switch, self-protection). Using them is at your discretion.

Miradoes' maximum liability, on any basis (contractual, extra-contractual, tortious), is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the last 12 months to Miradoes for the active subscription. For Free plan users, this amount is zero. Indirect losses are expressly excluded: lost profits, lost business opportunities, moral damages, reputational damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are notified by email at least 30 days before becoming effective. Continued use after notification means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved by competent Romanian courts at the seat of MIRIAM RADU SRL (Ramnicu Valcea). EU consumer rights remain available where applicable.
